Recruitment and Selection Process

Stages of the Recruitment and Selection Process:
- Posting job vacancies internally and externally
- Acceptance of applications
- Evaluation of all requirements and preparation of the shortlisted candidate list
- Contacting selected candidates for interview/test
- In case many candidates meet the position requirements, a pre-interview or pre-testing may be conducted
- Interviewing and written testing for shortlisted candidates; typically, 3-5 candidates are invited
- Other testing methods may be used as needed
- Verification of work references and educational credentials
- Selection

- Informing parties about the outcome of the process.
