Recruitment and Selection Process

Recruitment and selection are based on a transparent and unbiased process, subject to open competition regardless of gender, race, color, religion or beliefs, sexual orientation, ethnicity, social origin, or nationality. Stages of the Recruitment and Selection Process:

  • Posting job vacancies internally and externally
  • Acceptance of applications
  • Evaluation of all requirements and preparation of the shortlisted candidate list
  • Contacting selected candidates for interview/test
  • In case many candidates meet the position requirements, a pre-interview or pre-testing may be conducted
  • Interviewing and written testing for shortlisted candidates; typically, 3-5 candidates are invited
  • Other testing methods may be used as needed
